Sandy Hekny and Ashley Chucks of Nhsoroma Fame to storm Pentecost University on September 27,2019

Sandy hekny started this from 2018, sandy embarked on high school Music Tour, campaigned against Teenage pregnancy and now thousands of young Ghanian youth are proud of her today because the impact she made to their life’s. Sandy hekny visited 20 junior high schools inspiring through Positive Music and fishing out amazing talents from the schools.
From sandy little effort without no sponsors ,customized many exercise books to share among students during her campaign.

It’s time to show these talents and uniqueness to the world through her music festival.

She present to you The Sandy Hekny concert *”High school Festival 19″*

Which features 15 Junior high schools and Child Star of Adom TV Nsoroma fame and” Show me love ft Kuame Eugene star “ASHLEY CHUKS.
Also a product of a talent show.

And *”Minister Frankie”* of Ebenezer ft Obaapa Christy fame, an award winning gospel musician and many many more talents.

15 schools will be showcasing various talents from
Band Display, Dance performances,
Poetry,
Music, Performance, Drama etc

Musician “Luminary” Begs Shatta Wale To Bless him with a verse On His Song

Ghanaian afro pop artiste, Luminary has pleaded with Shatta wale just to have a collaboration with him.

According to the ‘Agyeiwaa’ hit-maker, even is Shatta Wale is not ready for their collaboration, Shatta Wale should just cough on his song.

Luminary made this humble request in an interview with Kumikasa.com on Wednesday 11 September , 2019.

“I have a high opinion of Shatta Wale because of what he is doing for Ghana music. He is one of the biggest artistes in Ghana and I admire for his success.He encourages me a lot and I can boldly say I don’t regret looking up to him as my mentor,” said Luminary.

Luminary made this appeal when asked which Ghanaian artiste he wish to work with.

He however added that, ‘It will be good to work with the “Kakai” hitmaker because of his huge following and his God given talent’.

“Let me use this opportunity to call for support from Ghanaians, For the past two months I’ve been trying to reach Shatta Wale but all efforts have failed. He don’t pick my calls.Therefore, let me use this opportunity to urge Ghanaians to plead to Shatta wale on my behalf. Even I will be glad if he coughs on my song”.

Obrafuor set to premier Pae Mu Ka Documentary at 3rd Edition of Social Media Week Accra

Legendary Ghanaian musician, Obrafuor, is set to premier the much awaited Pae Mu Ka,

a documentary telling the his 20 year story in the Ghana Music Industry at the Silverbird Cinemas as part of activities to mark this year’s Social Media Week activities in Accra.

The documentary throws light primarily on Obrafour’s first album – Pae Mu Ka and on the key happenings in the industry since Obrafuor seminal entry into the Ghana Music Industry.

Ekow Thompson, the Executive Director of Interactive Digital, organising partners of the SMW Accra said, the partnership with Obrafuor and the premiering of the Pae Mu Ka Documentary is directly in line with the global theme of SMW – STORIES: With Great Influence, Comes Great Responsibility.

Throughout history, storytelling has been an integral part of human connectedness, exhibiting great potential to shape who we are. Today storytelling is changing and technological innovation has proven to be an enabler of the change in storytelling.

Social media today is the world’s most influential storytelling platform. Whatever form they take, the stories we tell through social media have the power to reach and influence more than 60% of people on the planet.

Obrafuor, speaking to the partnership said, “We are delighted to be a part of the SMW Accra activities, indeed, by far SMW Accra is the most exciting and enterprising engagement on the benefits and endless possibilities of social media and other digital technologies – premiering my documentary (Lyrics of a legend) at this event is opportunity to tell our story in context”.

Obrafour is marking twenty years since the release of his maiden album with a number of activities including a concert at the Accra International Conference Centre on the 9th of November 2019.

SMW Accra will take place from the 25th to the 27th of September across three centres – Silver Bird Cinemas, the Accra Mall and MultiChoice Office.

The documentary will be premiered at the Silver Bird Cinemas on the 27th of September 2017 at 7pm and will be followed by a panel discussion with well-seasoned industry speakers.
