Mista Silva Drops Ghana-Drill Track Dubbed “Amanfour” featuring Flow King Stone & Novelist

Songwriter and UK Afrobeat artist, Mista Silva brings to us a unique Ghana and UK collaboration taken from his highly anticipated Full Vim 2 E.P which is set to be released this summer.

“Amanfour” blends the streets of Ghana and the streets of London to create a Ghana themed drill track featuring GH Afrobeats legend, Flow ‘King’ Stone & UK Grime Powerhouse Novelist, This track is a demonstration of bridging the heritage, and cultures of modern day black Africans whether they are based in Africa or from the diaspora.

Produced by Penhouse’ very own Jaykye Beats, Amanfour has an infectious energy which will become the ultimate summer anthem of 2021.

BIOGRAPHY 

Papa Kwame Amponsa, known by his stage name Mista Silva, is a British-Ghanaian musician from Brockley, London. Mista Silva released his debut EP, Full Vim, in 2012. Its success led to a record single deal with Polydor Universal in 2014.

He was the first unsigned UK Afrobeats artist to have his music playlisted by BBC 1Xtra with well received tracks “Now Wats Up” & “Boom Boom Tah” .

Mista Silva is highly regarded as one of the key foundation layers for the Afrobeats movement within the U.K. & Europe and if often giving the title “Pioneer” as many see his work as what knocked down the barriers & stereotypes associated with African cultures in the diaspora. His work has allowed many young musicians and music workers to flourish with the AfroBeat movement.
