Ghanaian hip-hop artiste Kwesi Arthur has made it a signature look to always perform shirtless.
Though this is not unusual for hip-hop and some hip-life artistes, Kwesi Arthur argued that it is one of his iconic styles, and that it distinguishes him and energizes his performance as well.
Kwesi Arthur disclosed this in an interview on 3FM’s Sunrise morning show, where he explained the idea behind going shirtless whenever he performs.
“It is the vibe; like the energy around it is just crazy. So whenever I am performing, I just take off my shirt, and the reaction is crazy.”
