Angmor Sheilla Obleki popularly called OBLEKISHEE is set to become the youngest female Hiplife/Afro Pop artiste to emerge from Ghana.
OBLEKISHEE is from the Eastern side of Ghana, Krobo Odumasi to be precise. Her delivery, assertive and her stylistic prowess we believe is set to take over the industry by storm.
Even though she’s a hiplife/Afro Pop singer, OBLEKISHEE’s conscious decision to embrace more traditional forms of African spirituality in her songs continues to guide her choice of words and lyrics .
With a sleek voice and charisma in delivery, the sky is just the starting point for her.
In an interview with OBLEKISHEE, she said “I come from a family that sings, almost everyone is a musician in my family. So this alone should tell Ghanaians what am in for”
As she gets set to take up the baton and help uplift the female folks in that genre of music in Ghana, only time will tell what her limit will be.
