Nakay Records Signs Promising Female Gospel artist “Abena Amoako”

Promising female gospel musician, Abena Amoakoa, was signed unto Nakay Records at a plush event last Saturday at Kata Hotel in Accra.

The event, which was characterized by signing of a management contract between CEO of Nakay Records and artiste, Abena Amoakoa, together with other witnesses from both sides, sealed the professional union for both parties – a true sign of readiness to take the music scene by storm.

The dulcet voice Abena Amoakoa who can boast of over 5 years of professional singing and stage performance, had her album also unveiled on the night. The album titled ‘Aseda’ has 9 well-composed, mixed and mastered tracks for both local and foreign gospel aficionados.

Sharing his experience on the album, Nakay said, “The productions on this album is something that hasn’t necessarily been done before in Ghana because of its unique and refreshing sounds.”

In attendance were revered showbiz industry guns – including; DJ Amess – Kasapa FM, Kwesi Frimpong – Programs manager from EIB Network, Eugene Osei – Radio Presenter Hot FM, Nana Adu Asante – CEO of Royal Blue Music & Royal Blue Media College.

Guest was Mr. Prince Smith – an Independent Hollywood Filmmaker, production company called Midnight Run Productions. DJ Amess, one of the esteemed showbiz pundits and writers, is the A&R for Nakay Records.
